CRESTON PUBLIC LIBRARY ASSOCIATION ORGANIZATION AND POLICY MANUAL

1.4 Powers and Duties of Chief Librarian

The Chief Librarian appointed pursuant to this Constitution and the Policy Manual of the Creston Public Library Association

a. - has general supervision and direction of the library and its staff,

b. - must attend all library board meetings and all meetings of the members of the Public Library Association and is the secretary to the Library Board and to that association, and

c. - has the powers and duties the Library Board assigns to the officer from time to time.
