2.5 SERVICE POLICIES
a. - Utilizing a variety of methods, such as strategic planning, surveys, comment forms and open dialogue, recognize patrons. evolving needs and strive to be responsive to those needs.
b. - Open all avenues to encourage universal access to library services and resources.
c. - The Board will foster an environment that conveys the Library's mission, services, resources and activities.
d. - Provide and support programs that fulfill the needs and interest of patrons of all ages and backgrounds.
e. - Provide materials and resources, including electronic technologies that serve the needs of the community and that are diverse, accessible and up to date.
f. - Develop partnerships and resource sharing with organizations and institutions to link the community to all available resources for lifelong learning, discovery and enjoyment.
g. - Encourage staff through incentives, resources and fair compensation to develop professionally and personally in order to provide the highest level of patron service.
