CRESTON PUBLIC LIBRARY ASSOCIATION ORGANIZATION AND POLICY MANUAL

3.2 Membership and access to services

a. - Any person of the age of 19 and over who has a valid library card will automatically become a voting member of the Association upon attendance at the Annual General Meeting.

b. - All persons living within electoral areas A, B, C of the Regional District of Central Kootenay and the Town of Creston may become members of the library free of charge. Juvenile members (15 years and younger) must have their membership application card signed by a parent or guardian.

c. - A person outside the electoral area may apply to become a member of the Creston Public Library Association at a fee and under such guidelines as designated in the Rules, Regulations and Procedures Manual.
