5.4 Vacation Leave

a. - Vacation leave shall be in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.

b. - As much as is practicable all employees shall be granted the vacation period of their choice, determined by seniority of service. These dates shall be mutually agreed upon by the Chief Librarian and the employees.

c. - Permission may be granted, upon request to the Chief Librarian, to carry over one week of vacation time into the following year.
