5.8 Jury Duty
a. - The employer shall pay the difference between the employee's normal earnings and what they receive for jury service or for appearing as a subpoenaed court witness. The employee shall present proof of service and the amount of pay received. The employee shall retain any payment for travel expenses and thus shall not be reimbursed by the library.
