6.1 Support Staff and Volunteers

a. - The Board and Chief Librarian will make every effort to ensure that Support Staff is well qualified.

b. - Volunteer participation in the library is welcomed and encouraged. Duties performed by volunteers shall not replace the work usually done by Support Staff.
