7.0 Benefits Plan
a. - Library employees working 20 hours per week or more are eligible for:
- 1. - Life Insurance benefit of $25,000 payable to the beneficiary of choice. This is 24 hour coverage.
- 2. - Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit doubles the Life Insurance benefit of $25,000 if employee dies as a result of an accident. It also pays a benefit for accidental loss of limbs, sight and use of limbs. This is 24 hour coverage.
- 3. - Long-term Disability Insurance after a 120 day waiting period, up to 2 years.
- 4. - Dependents Life Insurance
- 5. - Extended Health Plan
- 6. - Dental Plan covering 80% of Basic Services.
